Who we are

This website and the services described on it are provided by J Design Limited, trading as Planning Permission Jersey, owned by Mike Smith, of Studio House, La Route De St Aubin, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3SF. Services

We provide architectural design, planning application management, bye-law drawings, structural engineering, and related services in Jersey, Channel Islands only. We do not operate in Guernsey, England, or elsewhere.

Free consultation

The initial consultation is provided at no charge and without obligation. A fee proposal will be provided following the consultation.

No guarantee of planning permission

We manage the planning application process and advise on the likelihood of approval, but cannot guarantee that planning permission will be granted. The Jersey Planning Department determines all planning decisions independently.

Professional indemnity

We carry professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services we provide. Details available on request.

Jersey law

These terms are governed by the law of Jersey, Channel Islands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Royal Court of Jersey.
